These terms cover your use of the Sometime marketing site at trysometime.com, operated by Ryske Ventures, LLC. The Sometime app isn’t publicly available yet — when it launches, it will have its own separate terms. By using this site, you agree to what’s below.
What this site is
A one-page introduction to Sometime plus a waitlist for early access. The app itself isn’t covered by these terms.
The waitlist
You can leave your email to join the early-access list. Doing so doesn’t guarantee access, a particular launch date, or a particular set of features — we’ll invite people as we open capacity. We may decline or remove anyone from the waitlist at our discretion.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit someone else’s email address without permission.
- Abuse, spam, automate, or attempt to disrupt the waitlist form.
- Scrape, copy, mirror, or reverse-engineer the site beyond what your browser does to display it.
- Use the Sometime name, the pin-and-clock logo, or our wording to suggest you’re affiliated with us, or for any other purpose without our written permission.
Intellectual property
The Sometime name, the pin-and-clock logo, the wordmark, the copy, and the visual design of this site are owned by Ryske Ventures, LLC. Everything else (the open-source fonts, third-party services we credit) remains the property of its owners.
Service “as is”
We provide this site on an “as is” and “as available” basis. It may be unavailable, contain bugs, or change without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ryske Ventures, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to this site won’t exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Ryske Ventures, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms over time. We’ll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
