Privacy Policy

Sometime is a service from Ryske Ventures, LLC. This policy covers the marketing site at trysometime.com — the page you’re reading now. When the Sometime app itself launches, it will have its own privacy policy covering calendar, location, and contact data.
What we collect
Just your email address, when you submit it through the waitlist form. Nothing else. We don’t ask for your name. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
Why we collect it
To tell you when Sometime is ready for you to try, and to send occasional updates about our progress during early access. That’s the whole job.
Who we share it with
Your email is stored and sent by Loops (loops.so), our email service provider. Loops handles delivery on our behalf and is bound by their own terms — see Loops’ privacy policy.
We don’t sell your email. We don’t share it with anyone other than Loops.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, you unsubscribe, or Sometime stops operating — whichever comes first. Unsubscribing removes you from our active list.
Your rights
- Unsubscribe — every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
- Delete — email us and we’ll remove you from our records.
- Access or correct — email us and we’ll show or fix what we have.
If you’re in the EU, UK, or California, you have specific rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA — the same applies: contact us and we’ll handle it.
Children
Sometime isn’t directed at people under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect emails from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we’ll remove the record.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. For material changes, we’ll also send a note to the waitlist.
